i am a 25 yr old mom to a 8 yr old boy 6 yr old girl 2 yr old boy and a 16 month old boy. and an angel baby i just lost at the end of december. i actually took a test yesterday and got a faint positive so im getting another test tomorrow and will see if i am pregnant again with my rainbow baby. welcome to mom life

Hi Amy! A postpartum doula is essentially a person who supports a mama and her support in the postpartum period - we come out to the house and support you physically, emotionally, and mentally. After baby arrives, life can be a bit off-kilter. I’m there to help with all of that! Sleep support, breastfeeding support, education, etc.

that’s such a cool concept. I know I 100% could have used help with my breastfeeding journey with my last son. It took about 3 months for us to get the hang of it and it was draining and my emotions were postpartum crazy
