I don’t see anything but if you do it’s likely hormones from your first pregnancy. You really need to consider listening to your doctors about waiting the full 6 weeks otherwise you risk a high chance of getting an infection.

And if you were to get pregnant super soon you risk hemorrhaging and or miscarriage.
