If you grate zuchinni you can hide it in meatballs or pasta sauce, cookies or eggs. (This is what I've been told, I haven't tried it yet, but the only way he eats veggies is when they're made into French fries 🤦‍♀️ so I'm looking for other options myself.)

Its normal, my daughter when through a stage where she didn't like veggies. But I started putting veggies in mixing it with food and she loves her veggies now with out hiding them. She loves eating carrots and broccoli with ranch

I brought this up to DR. She said to continue to put it on their plate and encourage eating but not to force. She wasn’t concerned and said it’s totally normal. My child will only eat corn...sometimes 🤦🏻‍♀️
