I got a toner but the lady didn't say anything about purple shampoo.. She did give me this little 2 step packet of stuff that she said will help with dryness
oh ok. Well if you decide to use the shampoo the one I have is shimmer lights and I wet me hair and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to get the yellow tones out.

Key note: toner and purple shampoo will be your best friend and conditioner because the purple shampoo dries out your hair.
