You must have gotten pregnant the first cycle. No period because your eggo is staying. The doctors usually say to wait a few months after a miscarriage, but you were not too far along and you know that the hcg was 0 again. Just a guess, but you are probably a couple of days before your missed period. Do you have any idea when you ovulated?

Eta: Both of my girls are rainbow babies. My oldest I didn't get another cycle. My youngest I had 1 cycle (I didn't want to try after my loss).

After my miscarriage I used ovulation strips and ovulated about the same time I would have after a period had happened. Not sure how familiar you are with your cycles but can try using that as a guide until you get an ultrasound and know for sure. And it totally sucks but is completely normal to be paranoid/worried about having another. And sadly back to back can happen. But try to stay positive. 💕
