Oh man...Calianna is measuring bigger and more ahead then Draven did. And where Draven got stuck in the birthing canal if she is measuring at more then 9 lbs before delivery they insist on her being born by c-section. Other wise she has higher chance of getting stuck in my birthing canal like Draven did and could possibly suffocate. Ughhh. I hope I don't have a csection.

Looks like my measurements for my little boy. It's ok to push out a 9lbs baby. I just did 3 months ago. My first one was stuck in my pelvic and she was taken out with the vacuum.

Yeh they insist I get a csection if she is over nine. I'm wondering if they will let me be induced at 37-38 weeks if her growth is that much further ahead. Would like to avoid being cut open at all.

@beccajaneralston how do you feel about it? Don't let them pressure you into having one. Many doctors do it out of convenience and not having to wait for the patient to deliver. I was also told to have a c section as well and I declined

I hope you don’t have to have a c-section! But I kinda regret being so adamant about not getting one. Maybe if I had gotten one my son wouldn’t have inhaled meconium and been in the NICU for a week. #mommyguilt

Yeh I'm wondering if where doc is already willing to induce me at 39 weeks with baby girls growth so far ahead if they will let me at 37-38 weeks be induced. Plus my husband has 5 days off around then so he wouldn't have to miss to many days of work.

@beccajaneralston, Only way to know is to ask! But I am always a bit wary with their guesses at baby’s weights. My dr thought my son would be a 9+ pounder for sure and he was 8 and 6 ounces so not quite lol.

well I agree with u. But even if it is off by a pound. My son was 8 4 and got stuck behind my cervix and I almost had to have emergency csection. So I rather be safe then sorry.
Had to fall in love with a guy with a big skull....giving me big headed babies. Go figure lol. She will be my last so I won't have to worry about it no more anyhow after this
