Everyone’s thoughts on coffee during pregnancy?! I completely gave it up with my first and second pregnancies, but this being my third, I’m like, been there done that, I’m sure it’s fine! 😂

I had 1 or 2 cups a morning and my dr told that was fine as long as I didn’t have any issues and I didn’t

I just switched to half caff coffee by Folders.

My doctor told me its recommended to keep caffeine consumption under 200mg, so I always had 1-2 8oz cups of coffee a day while pregnant. I am a terrible person without my coffee 😬

I had 1-2 cups a day starting my second trimester! First trimester it made me sick

One cup is fine. I used to drink a cup on the mornings I went to work while I was pregnant. It did make my son very active afterwords though lol.

What would you consider 1 cup? 1 tablespoon of Folgers makes 8oz or 2 tablespoons makes 16oz. So is 1 cup 8oz or 16oz? My crazy self called Folgers when I was nursing to ask how much caffeine in each tablespoon and they said 80mg. So if I do a 16oz cup that’s 160mg caffeine; too much?

@kirstin678 my Dr told me 12 oz a day was okay. They didn't tell me any specific brands to drink or anything.

(Thread Closed) What Are you ladies up to tonight? I’m sitting here drinking some wine debating on taking a pregnancy test. I don’t really think I’m pregnant, but I have a leftover one in my purse from my last pregnancy. I usually get my period at the end of the month around the 20th and I haven’t gotten it yet. I am only 6 months pp and only have had two periods since having Jane. The chances I’m pregnant are slim to none to be honest, but it’s in the back of my head.
😩😩 I’m starting to get the weird pregnancy dreams. Smh I’m scared to go back to sleep!
