The worst I've had was them squashing my cervix with the speculum (I was due my period a few days later so it was quite low, not exactly mid cycle like they recommend)
Honestly though, it's nothing compared to giving birth. You'll be fine!

The speculum is a little uncomfortable but not painful and it's literally over in seconds. You may bleed a little after so be prepared.

Had mine last week was anticipating the pain. And it didn't come haha. Was a bit uncomfortable and then all done ! X

Honestly hun you’ve had a hand shoved up for foof when you had Mia you’ll be fine with a speculum they’re uncomfortable for 2 seconds and your done xxx

It doesn't hurt, it's uncomfortable and strange feeling. Then before you know it it's over and done with and you can escape lol x
