So I have pcos and is there anyway you can still ovulate and not have a period? Gonna buy some opk too

There is absolutely a way of ovulating without a period. My sister got pregnant during like a 70 day cycle so she actually skipped a period and ovulated instead.

I conceived with pcos by taking maca root! I got pregnant our 6th cycle trying. ☺️
