I want to use makeup I’m working on my skin so my application can be flawless but I’m done using bb cream. I wanna be able to teach my daughters how to use makeup well and my sons that when women wear makeup they don’t need to have to look like 60 layers of makeup is there.
I need advice at what inexpensive line to work with
Here a photo I have combination skin I believe because my cheek bones dry out but my skin gets oily.

If I were you, I’d try Fenty. Rihanna did an amazing job making a product that was a little more pricey, but lasted MUCH longer than drug store makeup and I’m comfortable enough to assume there’s a shade for you.
Use a oil free/grease primer. I like nyx dewy primer but people with oily skin usually don’t like dewy because it makes them feel oily.
If you’re looking for an amazing bang for your buck, I really recommend nyx. They’ve really stepped up their game. I’m just not confident they will have a shade for foundation that’ll work on your tone or that their powder won’t show up as a flashback

I thought of gently but I didn’t want to practice with pricey makeup but then again maybe do it with good make up makes it easier to know if I’m doing things wrong or not so I’ll def think on it

I also recommend nyx if you're looking for an inexpensive drugstore makeup that works well. I like a lot of their stuff and love their lip gloss.
