У моих тонус у обоих. Лекарства никакие кроме д3 не пили и не пьем. Делаю массаж, плавание.
У нас так было. Пили какие то лекарства не помню какие правда. И массаж. Парафин тоже делали. Вроде прошло. У нас было в 4 мес

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
