I’m up and can't get no sleep. Husband not here so I'm not comfortable. And being pregnant with twins not comfortable at all. I need to get me a body pillow today when the stores open up.
The hardest thing for me is dealing with the heart burn and not being able to get comfortable now.?

No you fully wake up and have to sit up and turn over, then lay down and get "comfortable" (what ever that is) all over again lol.
