I need help some advise! Please no judgement just help. I have a six year old from a previous marriage ever since she was born I have never truly connected with her. She has always connected and had a strong bond with her dad. Him and I separated like 2 years ago and I feel like she has gone down hill since then. She has been crying about everything whinny, being bad at school stealing talking back . I frankly don’t know what to do with her anymore. I scream at her more then anything else. I want to be a good mother to her but no matter what I do I feel like I do everything wrong. I was thinking about letting her live with her father instead. I feel like I am not what she needs I don’t feel like I can’t provide the emotional environment she needs. Should I let her live with her father? #myfirstpost
Thank you guys so much . This has been a very hard decision for me. I truly love my child and it hurts me that she isn’t happy with me but I know as her mother I need to make a decision that is best for her not me.
Thank you I just don’t want her to feel like I don’t love her cuz I do. I just don’t think I am the right person to raise her.
It sounds like you’ve answered this question yourself.
The ultimate goal within a family should be happiness and health.. Whoever’s house she lives in shouldn’t change that. Everyone’s family dynamic has to work for them. Not everyone’s will be the same.
Good luck and chin up.

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know
the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
Hi momma's I need some tips or advice my daughter has been acting up alot lately since we moved back to California (it's a long story as to what happened) but she hasn't been listening to either me or her dad but she will listen to other people and she has just done this since we moved back idk if she is doing it more now that she has both of her parents and she thinks she can get away with it or what but I'm asking what should I do? AF due 29th, anyone else?
Hi all AF is due 29th Sept for me feels like forever away. Has anyone tested yet or when do you plan on testing x
Feeling like crap 😢 just don’t know what to do anymore. And it’s starting to make me feel ill like I need to be sick.. 😔
Agree with all of the above, as long as her dad is able to provide a stable environment then whatever works best for your family. If she does stay with you, I’d highly suggest a reference book for parenting, at that age it seems as though she is acting out or looking for something, the reference books can be a good guide to help you determine what that might be and how best to help her through her emotional struggle. This parenting thing is hard work, no need to do it alone! You got this ❤️
