Question: do you know If I can bring a car seat on an airplane for a 2 year old ? I will be traveling out of the country, and leaving that car seat over there for future travels.

If using on the plane it has to be an faa approved car seat I believe and you have to make sure it will fit the seats of the plane.

Yes if you have a ticket for them you can put it in their seat or you can bring it to the gate and they will check it for free

Yes. But check the sticker on the side. It must clearly say it is approved for use in aircraft and vehicles. If you wish to carry it along but not use it on the plane then you can gate check it. What airline?
