Apple cider vinegar is literally a miracle. I use it a solution of it as face toner to keep my skin nice, drink it for health and digestion, I cook with it... Man, I get too excited over the little things in life 😂

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

@tori_portillo, I always mixed 2 tsp. in 8 oz of orange juice. The two acids work well together for me. It kinda took out the dirty sock smell. Lol

I drank this for a couple months and within weeks my severe acid reflux was gone as well as my chronic sinusitis. It eats up the bad mucus in your body. I also had more energy.

look up how to make it a toner for your skin type. I have oily skin so I mix equal parts ACV and water in a spray bottle and tone my face with it after cleansing. I love it.

I used to hate it, but my taste buds eventually adjusted. I just take a shot of it now every morning but before I had to put it in a cup where I couldn’t smell it. I found a good recipe of ACV, water, and some honey.

for acne you can look up how many parts ACV to mix with water. I have oily skin so I do equal parts water and ACV in a spray bottle and use as a toner immediately after washing my face. it’s amazing! does my pores wonders

I love it too! I quit drinking it when I got pregnant and I’m still breastfeeding so soon as she weans I’m going back to drinking it. I drink the raw kind that is unpasteurized. I’ve been told I shouldn’t drink it while pregnant or breastfeeding. I can’t wait to get back on it tho. It completely 💯 got rid of my severe acid reflux and chronic sinusitis!

You can still drink it while pregnant and breastfeeding. Just not for detoxing purposes. We use the raw, unfiltered as well. I took a shot everyday during both pregnancies and still do. I've been breastfeeding for 2.5 years without side effects.

I asked a nurse/lactation consultant and she said to avoid it but I will def get a second opinion from my Dr. now. I love ACV for its many benefits!
