38 weeks and 2days and been having bad cramping all day yesterday and this morning, had some spotting, and there is a lot of pressure. Should i go in or try to wait?

As long as your not bleeding heavy I would wait until the pain is almost unbearable because they will send you home if your not dilated enough even if you are in pain. You know your body better than anyone else don’t chance it if you feel like you shouldn’t.

You can go check for dilation or have a bath and see if things progress x

If you aren’t having anything time-able and don’t have any bright red bleeding I would try and wait it out.
