Moms of multiples. How did you guys know you were pregnant with more than one baby 🤔 besides almost no nausea all my other symptoms have been extreme. I can sleep 12-13 hours at night and I’ll still need an hour nap during the day 😭 I know it’s my fourth pregnancy too but since about 6-7 weeks I haven been able to button up my jeans anymore. Even leggings are uncomfortable. Idk what’ll I do if I’m pregnant with twins 🙃
