Random question but does anyone else worry about where they will be when labor starts? I've suffered from prodromal labor with the last two but once it actually became active it was fast. I have a horrible 'gut' feeling I'll be in the car rider line picking up my eldest or at one of her ball games. I can just see myself mid cheer having my water break😂
Wow I'm sorry hun. I hope your timeline works well this go. If you ever need to chat I'm here the nerves are setting in for me as well and I'm due only a week after you
With #1, I was working at a hospital and with #2, we had a plan in place. I've never progressed quickly. Two day labors with both kids. I also struggled with prodromal labor for two months with #2. NO FUN!
@ashleybradford92 kind of hahah I had to call my MIL to fetch my husband out of net and off the ice 🤣 our plan was once my water broke to get me home to pack a bag for myself and our son and wait for my husband to get home. We had a phone tree set up with the grandparents based on who lived closest to take care of our oldest.
@northwoodsmomma thanks so much. Might borrow the phone tree idea. Luckily we've had a large portion of our family move close recently
I was induced with my first so everything happened at the hospital. I do worry this time about going into labor naturally and my water breaking on my mattress or while I’m driving lol
@ashleybradford92, I was just telling my ex-mil yesterday I feel like lining my bed and car with plastic just in case 🤣
@flamingomom yesss! I'll keep fingers crossed everything goes smoothly your way. So close!
I am terrified. I have a surgery coming up to remove my stitches at the end of march. Baby isnt due until end of April. But i am going in for a csection. We have not set up a date yet. But i will probably take maternity leave early, just incase. My water broke my last pregnancy. My OB was on vacation so everyone i came across with was new 😭
