If hot water is included in your rent, this is illegal, especially with children in the house. Even if it wasn’t included, heat and hot water with children in a home during the winter wouldn’t even be shut off by the state/National Geographic

He turned it off because I told him I will be a couple days late with the rent and my rent portion is 250 section 8 pays the rest
