My dd did at 15 months. We started actively potty training at 18 months. We went out and bought a potty seat and left it in the living room for her to play with and examine and get used to for 3 months.

Usually when they start showing signs. Like grabbing at their diaper when they go or taking off their diaper or showing interest in the toilet.
