Please give feedback! So I'm in my first trimester and it's my first baby. How do I easy my stomach, it bothers me all day. The internet says eat fruit crackers cereal and drink ginger tea. Any other suggestions?❣

Always keep food in your tummy. Just a couple bites like @db413 and @spookylyn said.

I barely have morning sickness yet but when I wake up I’m nauseated so I take a couple bites of yogurt right away. And then I try to keep snacking on high protein foods, greens and fruits through the day. All of the carbs will constipate you which will suck bc everything will slow down w your digestive system anyway.

Here’s some ideas

Hard boiled eggs

Cheese stick

Low sugar yogurt

Green drinks

smoothie w spinach thrown in

You can make some protein balls out of coconut oats and dried fruit

Peanut butter

Don’t eat. Nibble and snack. 7-12 small snacks will do better for your stomach than eating 3-4 actual meals. Also crackers do work wonders. But nibble on them kinda like a chipmunk or hamster
