Constant migraines Tylenol won’t help 😅

Tylenol and ibuprofen have never helped my migraines. I need prescription migraine medicine from my doctor. Feel better soon!

Drink some caffeine it should help some

Same. Mine started around 14 weeks tho and now they wake me up at night. Such a drag!
