I’ll be having my third one in about 4 weeks my first one was there hardest and my second was a breeze my advice is to the and be up walking the more active you are the better the recovery 🙏
I had 1 I stayed super active like nothing ever happened I spent everyday from the day I was discharged( which was the day after my c section I spend less then 30 hours in the hospital) for 3.5 weeks in the nicu with my daughter some days I was up there for 12 hours.! It hurt but I barely took my pain meds but it could have been worse I guess o healed super quick
It takes awhile to heal but I felt I got around fine after the second week. And it's normal for your whole stomach to be tender, if you see a video of a csection they are not very gentle! If your still needing to take pain meds then take them, but besides taking it easy that's the only advice lol. After I thought I was feeling better I went out all day and regretted it, my body was telling me to slow down!
This would be my 3rd one and it took me about 6 weeks to heal. Walking did help me. It helps heal you faster just don’t over do it. Laying down too much can cause sores or blot clots. Like I would say walking around your house is fine. Just stay home for a couple of weeks. Don’t pick up anything heavy just your baby.
Yesss they were sore. Are you wearing the binder you get at the hospital? Could also be gas. It isn’t easy at first don’t over do it. I’m in Illinois are well 🤗
@littlemedranos, I am not wearing the binder because it seemed to cause me more pain. I try to walk as much as I can around the house, since I’m taking care of the baby and trying to keep up with the house work. But some days my incision and organs hurt a lot, and I’ve tried not taking too much pain medicine.
I’ve had two with my first healing took a while my incision got infected with my second I was up doing housework and chasing after my toddler right away i wasn’t in any pain. Try to take it easy don’t push yourself to much
