Ugh these vivid dreams are killing me! I had a awful dream that my baby didn't have a heartbeat whdn i went to my doc's appt, woke up literally in tears been up since couldnt fall to sleep after 😭😭😣😣😥😥 i definitely dont miss these bad vivid dreams!! I love the good vivid dreams definitely not the bad onea though

I hate those dreams . I started playing classical music right before I fall asleep . So far so good .

Whenever you have bad dreams like that pray as soon as you wake up! I use to have dreams like that with both pregnancies & I prayed afterwards which helped me throughout my pregnancies.

Yes i surely did that when i woke up from it.. I hate these types of dreams 😭😭😣😣
