So we just got an emergency alert to turn our heaters down to 65!! Hell, thats cold!!! WTF

In Minnesota we have a shortage of natural gas due to record low temps. Ugh. It’s so scary!

@aengs2 oh wow that's crazy! It's not as cold here so hopefully that doesn't happen.

@aengs2, buy some plug in heaters tomorrow for the main rooms you’ll be in, my room is in the basement and even with heat on I freeze so we have to use another heater.

I’m not leaving the house. 😂 We’ve been locked in here for days. Not sure my car would even start lol.

Sounds like some good sleeping weather. Extra blankets. I miss my heat being that low. My husband thinks our need to be 78. Idk if that’s grounds for divorce or not but it’s out biggest fight lol. All the vents are closed in the BR lol

@dawnrose, 78?! 😱 I wake up hot if it’s at 70! We keep ours at 68 overnight & that’s only for our son’s sake. We kept it at 66 at night before we had him. I would die at 78 😂

I about die. Our room stays pretty cool, with the vents closed. My husband complains that it’s too cold. But the kids and I sleep way better.
