My two year old is acting like the bottom of his foot hurts. I have looked and can’t see anything. Instead of walking from spot to spot he is crawling and it’s so pitiful. 😢

Soak his feet in warm bath..maybe he has a splinter ?Is he limping at all? I would take him to Urgent care..if a child hurts their tibia muscle may cause THEM not to walk..Childrens urgent cares are faster than a ER hospital..hope he feels better

It’s -36 here and I really don’t want to get him out in it. I will watch him closely and take him tomorrow when it’s suppose to be warmer. Thanks for all your comments!!

Go see the doctor. My son did this *while I was in the hospital having his sister. He started limping and then back to crawling. Refusing to walk. When I saw him and heard about it I lost it and made hubby take him to our local children's hospital (because here they dont do x Ray's for kids under 7 any where else). X ray was clear but he got super sick while there and needed an extended stay in hospital.

If a child who can walk suddenly doesnt, especially a young one. Take them to the doctor asap or hospital.

He may need to get an X-ray. I would call his pediatrician and see what they recommend. Hopefully his foot is feeling better!
