Take opks track ovulation, have sex every other day, you can also try these : conceive plus pills ,maca root and maybe the preseed lube

Sperm 😅😅 I don’t understand what you’re asking. I know having sex every day decreases the amount of sperm. Sooo, every other day 🤷🏻‍♀️ good luck 🤰🏻
