When I wake up throughout the night, I will check on Thea. I mentioned to hubby that sometimes I will freak myself out because it will seem like she isn't breathing but I think I just check right after she takes a breath. So, he tells me that apparently when I am sleeping I will freak him out because I will stop breathing. He says I will take a deep breath and then hold it and that is why sometimes he will shake me awake.
