Anyone ever experience a lump in the of their breast about an inch from the nipple? Could it be from me trying to hand Express my milk to keep it from drying up, or my hormones or something? Its had to of popped up recently because it hasn't been there. Just looking for some advice before I call the dr.

Its probably a clogged milk duct, apply a warm compress before expressing and it should help
