Have you tried a swing or something? Imo she’s too young for cry it out method. I know each person does things differently but I didn’t do that with my girls until they were closer to a year old. My girls always had a bouncer or swing tho they would nap in when I needed to get things done around the house.

If she’s only 2 months I would just keep rocking her. My daughter didn’t go to sleep by herself until 9+ months and that was putting her to bed drowsy with music and letting her fall asleep in her crib. I personally think it’s a little young for sleep training.

After being fed rock until she is very sleepy and put her down awake and repeat as she cries. It may take awhile but them learning to self sooth early make life SO much easier.

And people saying shes to young are horribly wrong lol yes you hold your baby when she cries but it is totally possible for them to go to sleep on their own from day one.

You don’t 😅😅 My son has only just started going to sleep on his own. 💙Which is great, but at the same time, he’s showing he doesn’t need me for everything 😭😭🙈 Rock her every chance you can! I’m emotional, waiting to pick up Tamiflu for both of us 🙄 🤒🤧😷

My son at 2 months I never really rocked him to sleep because he would fall asleep on his own now that he’s 3 months I don’t rock him at all and he will fall asleep on his own as long as he has his pacifier and white noise he can fall asleep on his own
