I read somewhere you should always wear a bra while nursing. Did you ladies do that? If not, did you notice a lot of sagging before or after weaning?

I wore a bra with basically no support and now my boobs do sag a bit 😞😔 but I also went from a medium sports bra to a 4x over night

I almost never wore a bra from late pregnancy through nursing lol
I stuck with tanks that have the shelf in it
Done nursing now and my boobs are flat pancakes for the time being. They don't necessarily sag anymore than before. They're just not as full. It takes time for your fat cells to regroup there so I'm hoping when the fullness comes back that saggy look goes away

I usually wore a bra cuz they were bigger and heavier. Now I have saggy nothings so whatever 🙂

I didn't wear a bra most of the time with my daughter cuz it was just easier to lift my shirt and let her eat but my boobs deffinantly sag now 😭

After nursing ds3 they were definitely sagging and after this one it probably won't be very nice. I just wonder if wearing a bra makes a difference.
