With the brat diet you don’t have to strictly only give those items. Just give bland foods, and stay away from milk and dairy since that can make it worse.

Yes the brat diet. And plenty of fluids too. I even give my daughter popsicles. 😊

So for breakfast it was banana.....lunch apple sauce? Than whatever I cooked or dinner she can get as long as it's not heavy for her
