Anyone have any suggestions for pain/discomfort with an umbilical hernia while pregnant? This is my third pregnancy with one and I never had pains before and I have so much pain/discomfort and I’m just over 3.5 months and have a very long way to go...

Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels

Yes, as long as it’s safe for the baby I’m all for it ha ha but hopefully the band helps! Did you get the one with the round hard spot on it or just a regular band?

All you can do is lay down to help the discomfort/pain drs won’t do anything one thing that helpEd me is a belly band to hold my belly more firm also don’t over eat it makes it worse

Yeah it’s bothers me a lot when I lay down though it’s weird, I just ordered a band and am going it helps since it’s bothering me so much so early on. Doctor said they could operate but it’s a small window in the second trimester or something...

You it’s so uncomfortable try the belly band I hope it works and if they can operate I would fix it while you can if it’s safe

When mine would hurt i would lay on my side and gently work the stuff back in. Try some Tylenol too.
