Question ? What happened at y'alls 4-6 week appointment after having y'alls baby ? I had to come back 6 weeks later to talk about birth control but never did. What was it like ?? Or what happened? My daughter is now 3 months and I wanna go back to get birth control but dont know what to expect.

Yup they check u to make sure ur healing properly no signs of infection, specially if u had stitches, also if u have any pain when being checked etc.. they give u the go ahead for sex. Talk abt birth control and also abt pp depression.
I had a csection so I’m not sure exactly what they do for a vaginal birth (I’m assuming it’s pretty similar, just checking everything over to make sure you’ve healed up properly) but they checked my incision over, asked questions about how everything was going, asked if I felt any signs of depression, and asked what I wanted for birth control. You should call your ob and schedule an appointment!

You absolutely should have went for your 6 week check up. They check you to make sure everything looks good and you are healing properly and they should also at that time bring up birth control and options.

All mommas on birth control! what birth control are you using , I don't know what to choose after the baby is born. I've never really been on birth control. I definitely don't want anything that can cause complications, weight gain and mood swings! thanks in advance!!
Really thinking about getting the arm implant birth control dont know what it called. Any ladies that have had it or have it what is yalls feed back i know everybody's bodys are different just eant to get an overall feed back. Only thing that really worries me is that it can move.
