Really someone thought your 16yo could watch your 3yo while you had a quickie? It's not like you left and travelled to China for a month long romantic getaway 😂😂😂
well I guess it does depend on level of maturity and if they are capable of watching a sibling. But 16 yr old should be very well old enough in my opinion. 🤷🏻♀️
