When did your little ones go from 2 to 1 Naps? My daughter was 1 3 weeks ago and lately she has only been having 1 nap a day. Usually I put her down at 10ish and 3pm. Depending on the day, she may have only have a morning or afternoon nap. If she has a morning nap which is 1.5 hours she won’t sleep in the afternoon as she refuses and if she doesn’t sleep in the morning, I put her down at 1pm which again is only 1.5 hours. Then she’s tired in the afternoon. Any advice on what to do 😥xx

My son is almost 2 now but he's only had 1 nap in the day for a good few months now.

You can try halfing the time she naps and see if that helps spread out the naps or give her nap in the middle of the day. Or even move bed time and hour earlier

ot- toddlers afternoon nap When did your toddler's stop having an afternoon nap. My LG is 22months old she has about 1.5-2 hours in the afternoon but just recently when we put her to bed she doesn't settle just chats away and constantly shouts us up...it takes her up to 45 mins to go to sleep she used to go straight to sleep. She still in a cot could that be a reason....does she need a big girl bed now??? Tia xx

Breast fed babies and sleep Does anyone's baby that's ebf sleep through the night?? Mine will only sleep 4-5 hours then is up every 2-3 until morning. Then he will only nap for like 30 min total during the day. I'm so tired ?
