Hi everyone, Im new here and I am a mother of 2. Also just found out I'm pregnant at almost 40 yrs old! Let me explain, my daughter is 15 and she is the only child I have given birth to. I also have a step son that is 10. Being pregnant was the last thing I had planned for my life and this has taken me by shock! I am about 6 weeks and my emotions are on super overdrive! I'm hoping to maybe find some sort of happiness as time goes on but right now Im just scared. #myfirstpost

Welcome! My dad started over on having kids when he was 40. I was 17 at the time and I think it’s great and everything happens the way they are supposed to. It brought my dad and me closer and he always said that it gave him a chance to do things over with a different perspective! 😊❤️

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Congratulations! I have a large age difference between my kids and it has been an amazing adventure. I'm such a different parent than I was and the bond my kids have is amazing.
