Princes. Unicorn. We just did pink for her 1st tbh. No real theme. For her 2nd we did unicorn and I think we will do peppa pig for her 3rd. She loves bubble guppies but her bday is in the winter
You can do something simple like I did for my daughters second birthday where it was just girly themed . So bright colors, animal print, sparkly stuff.. it was easy to do because I could buy mixed matched decorations & almost everywhere you go you can find that kind of stuff . She loved it☺️
