Is getting headaches just a part of pregnancy? Like i keep getting them and they literally last at least a week

@shantara_perkins yes I had noticed especially in pregnancy when I have high sodium intake like ramen noodles my head would hurt.
I’ve had one for two day and I NEVER have headaches I’ve taken Tylenol and nothing works 😩

@de_michelle28, that’s what we thought at first but everything is normal with that
I got them and my Dr told me I was dehydrated, started drinking lots of water and they went away
They told me that too when i went to my last appointment and i drink nothing but water lol
@shantara_perkins try also drinking gatorade to replenish electrolytes.

Yes I had head aches throughout the pregnancy.. Last 3 months were a bit better
It’s so annoying!! Like I’m literally taking all the Tylenol i can but it doesn’t help at all
@shantara_perkins, I know the feeling. lol. I jus had to deal with it. eventually they stopped happening so often. hell, I still get them and my son is 6 months old. but they’re only like once a month or so now

I had them bad with all but my second was the worst. Besides staying hydrated my dr told me to drink a coke when they are bad (caffeine can help). He also gave me lortab.
