How old was your baby when you stopped rocking them to sleep?

My sons one and I still do sometimes but I used to breastfeed so when I was sleepy I fell asleep with him next to me and I think it’s a big part of my problem with him always wanting to sleep next to me

One. He sleeps on his own now in bed next to me takes him about 15 min of moving around until he knocks out

My son is 2, he doesnt need to be rocked, but some time he just needs mommy cuddles to fall asleep.

My oldest two were around 18 months.

I’ve never rocked my twins to sleep.

I never really rocked my daughter. I was constantly told by her pediatrician to let her soothe herself to sleep. So by like 8 weeks. We just let her fall asleep on her own. Except for the nights when she was sick, she gets extra loving 🤣
