Well my abuser showed up at my house yesterday. Thankfully I wasnt there. Now, I am going to report it just because now he knows for sure where I am but can he get in trouble? His excuse was to my friend that he wanted to come in and warm up before the bus got there which I know isnt true. I told everyone he would come for me and he has. Now im scared to even go home. He was served with the protection order and 2 days later shows up at my place? I'm not dumb but he sure must be.

Report it! Does your order of protection include third party? If it does he’ll get in trouble just for contacting your friend.

Yes call the cops. Idk if he could get in trouble either but obviously he was trying to make contact with you

I’d definitely call the cops and let them know he’s showed up when you weren’t there and you’re afraid it may happen again. Idk if he could get in trouble since he didn’t make contact with you but clearly he’s showing up and isn’t suppose to, period. Is anyone staying with you at home or just you?

Ya a gf of mine shes the one who opened the door and pretty much told him to get lost and shut the in his face. But I mean hes a guy we r just girls. Ya she thinks shes a guy lol but still no where near as strong. Maybe see if she can hang out for a while when you are back just in case. I had something similar happen with an ex. It was just an emergency protective order for 10 days or something and it was like day four and he showed up beating on the door begging me to come out and it was just me and my daughter. I called my mom and luckily she was near by and she came by and he left. I would just make sure everything is locked and you are able to call 911 as soon as you see him close by or if he comes back. Hide something somewhere to protect yourself if you need to or maybe stay somewhere else for a bit if you can? The police may be able to up their presence around your home if you talk to them and if he sees, maybe stay away or not be tempted to come around .

@twistedrenots ya I could see if maybe they will patrol that area more so. I got an emergency one and then since hes been released on good behavior of course I just got a 5 year one put in place for my daughter as well. Im thinking i need to go pick up a tazer or something

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.
