Who had their belly button pierced?? I think imma make a deal with myself. Lose the weight, get my bellybutton pierced! I wanted one in the past but in so over weight it would be pointless right now. I am nervous it looks painful. How painful is it?? Is it like strap you down to the chair painful? I have my tongue pierced it hurt a little I'm not gonna lie🤣🤣😅😅 And how do you keep it from getting infected? I would think it would be hard to twist and clean for 6 weeks??

It just like getting your tongue but not as painful and I didnt Twisted I just cleaned it I think twice a day with a Q-tip and if I was looking more sweatier or got dirtier I cleaned it like one more time.

I did mine myself with the help of my cousin and a needle they use to pierce cows ears with lmao at 15. But surprisingly wasnt too painful (at least from what I can remember lol) and I did it and it actually motivated me to loose so much weight for it. And I used a shot glass with warm water and salt, bend over, cup it to the belly button and lay down and shake it a little. Also sometimes with a qtip and alcohol. Also mine got ripped out from pulling on it too much lol

Feels the same as ear lobes. Don't twist when you clean, you can prolong the healing time. Just gently bathe it twice a day with whatever the peircer gives you and wash any crusties off. Once the 6 weeks is up and it's almost fully healed, you can slightly move it up and down when cleaning. I've had the top and bottom done, no problems. Top one I've had for 17 years
