Omg! Thank you for replying! I just need someone Monday and Wednesday. I would have all his food ready and don’t need any chores done. I really just need someone to watch him and spend time with him while I’m in class
@a.m.m10 You shouldn't need to pay more than like $10-$12 an hour then. I'm sure someone will be totally fine with that. Make sure wherever you go through that the person has a background check and don't be afraid to interview more than a few people before you pick.

Has no impact on when and how you decide to have sex? I read a comment on another thread that really rubbed me the wrong way. Something about how teens have sex and there's just no stopping it no matter how you raise them.
I've been a nanny for the last 8 years and I may be able to help answer your questions. Pay really depends on how often you plan on having your nanny and what you're requiring of your nanny. Normally if you're only going to have a nanny part time you'll pay hourly. If you plan on needing a full time nanny normally you'll pay by the week. Will you have them doing chores that are unrelated to care of your child? Will you require meal prep? Transportation? All of those things need to be considered. I usually charge between $10-$15 an hour depending on those things. There are a lot of great agencies that will background check and screen you just have to look in your area. I've also had really great experiences through care.com. Hopefully that's helpful!
