Has anyone ever used these? It is hard for me to trust things like this and I don't wanna get pregnant again or at least right now lol!
I’ve used this (the gel) and the film strips and I’ve never had a problem. I also track my fertility.

Theres a 30% failure rate if this is your only form of contraception. If you track your cycle and use this as back up, that would be ok.
O wow they definitely don't mention a 30% failure!! Well I wanted to try these because me and my husband do not like condoms
