When I started labor I lost a little bit of my mucus plug and thought it was a lot let me tell you when you lose the whole thing you'd be amazed the hospital bed was covered and looked like blood so that could be it 3 baby wipes would be just the tip of the iceberg for your mucus plug

I lost my muccus plug and was bleeding at midnight and went into hospital by 6pm had my daughter at 38 weeks the following day

Google mucous plug do not post a pic pls tho lmao but mucous plug try using regular toilet paper wiping and swing of its kindaaa like pink red and streaky kinda like blood/discharged mixed together ? It can be a sign but it’s not for sure baby wipes aren’t a good indicator since they are wet but maybe try putting on a pad so you can use hat as a judge
