So I obviously put in to have time off after I delivered, well it's been just over a month and they put me on the schedule but didn't tell me. now I have my final right up because I "no call no showed" today... wait what?!? How when I didn't know... plus I didn't even say I was ready to come back to work yet... I haven't been cleared to go back to work yet.

I didn't request a set time off I talked to the managers and we agreed that I'd let them know when I was ready to come back.
I would let it go if you don't like the job and find something else. I used to hate working for manipulative places like that. If it's a legit place call and talk to human resources.
I work at once upon a child..... I've mixed feelings about working there. Idk if there is an hr?

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I also recently found out that I can't take maternity leave only having been at my job since March... I must put in my two weeks when I am ready, and be completely rehired back after baby and recovery from second c section 😰😰😰😰 I'm so worried. What if they don't hire me back, and I have a two year old and an infant and no job. I am terrified about this
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Even if you get your flu shot can you still get the flu?
I have been feeling like crap more than normal, not wanting to eat, water even upsetting my stomach, and getting sick (I didn't get morning sickness)... but I go back to work this morning and they tell me the girl I usually work with has the flu and I really hope she didn't give it to me.
How much time did you request? Was it approved? Is it over?
