I woke up at 330 this morning to pee, for
Some reason I decided to not let my phone charge all night like I always do(not relevant I guess lol) I checked my phone and had a long message from my boss stating I may have to work part time now because my son has so many dr appointments and wic and stuff and now I have so many appointments....like thanks, I can barely survive and pay my bills on your wages and now you want to cut my hours down....

Who sends a text with something that important? That conversation definitely should have gone down face to face.

We had already been texting back and forth but I had fallen asleep so it was part of our conversation. We text so like even if I can’t make it to work cause I’m sick or my son is sick I can just text her and tell her.

She had told me already before “if you need to find a different job that’s totally okay and I understand but just let me know :)” it was when I told her I’m pregnant and I had to tell her because my dr appointment was so early in the morning I wanted to tell her what it was for and that it was important. She definitely wasn’t being rude at all it’s just stressful so she honestly will probably do it to help me out but it doesn’t help that much...

Dang. That truly does suck, but I get it from a business perspective. If you’re always having to take a day off, leave early, or come in late due to an appointment, that makes it harder on your other co-workers because now they have to do their share and pick up part of yours too. This conversation would have been better face to face, but I see that you said you had already been texting.
