Ok yesterday my daughter felt hot and she’s refusing to eat and she just want to sleep she not acting like her energetic self so I gave her a little bit of medicine I was just going to wait and see how she does today same thing she’s feels hot and plus I don’t have an accurate thermometer I need to get one by the way I’m thinking I need to take her to urgent care

Is she teething? My oldest twin girl, would get a fever when she was teething. She didn't want to eat too much, but she would drink a lot of liquids. I was never too worried about her and her fevers, because most happened around her teething time. Only you know your child though. If you're worried, I say, definitely go and have her checked out. It's better to be safe than sorry.

I don’t think urgent care is quite needed yet from any symptoms you’ve stated.
Just give her some cuddles, lots of water, Tylenol or Advil if needed and let her rest.
Sometimes kids get fevers for no reason at all (meaning not urgent ones that mean somethings terribly wrong). It’s good to let them ride it out, if anything worsens then considering getting it checked!
