This c section recovery has been so hard and it's only day 3... 🙁 I just want the pain to go away. I'm so happy to have my little here but ugh I know I'm gonna be a Debbie downer until this pain lifts. My 2 year old needs my attention but I can't fully give it and it breaks my heart. I want to pick him up and cuddle him but I can't with staples and this pain
@sorcha my SO keeps telling me to show him so it'll help him understand but I don't want to scare him and worry him lol
I found cuddles on my side in bed easier and same with cuddles on the couch. I honestly had to show my toddler my incision which helped him understand I had a booboo and he needed to be extra gentle with me. It worked really well and he was very helpful after that.
Thank you 💙 it's just so hard ): I never had to take care of a toddler with a newborn and I wish I could do so much more for him. I've just been so down. I'm breast feeding and because my nipples are so big it hurts. He latches great most of the time. Sometimes it takes a few min to get him on there.
I've had 4 mama. & The first week is the hardest. After that you'll be up and back to your normal self. Congratulations on your baby ❤
It will get better, the first week is the worst and then you’ll turn the corner. I had staples with my second c section and they were way worse than the stitches I had with the other two. When I got those staples out, I felt sooo much better
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
I was worried too, but took the chance. He 100% did better once he saw the booboo. And I explained that the doctors did a great job helping mama and they would be checking it every time I saw them. And I guess to them the problem is over and is "fixed"
