Venting and need suggestions for a new honey moon spot. My aunt came to visit this summer and offered my fiance and I her condo timeshare in Hawaii as our wedding gift. All is good and we started making plans to go right after our wedding this August. It was the perfect time of year for everyone's schedule. My mom or mil can watch my daughter. Slow time at work for fiance and easy for me since I'm a stay at home mom now...my aunt calls me today and I assume she's calling about the reservation number since the last time I spoke to her two weeks ago I gave her the dates that we could travel...turns out she had promised my cousin who is getting married in May the condo this year also and forgot 🙄😑. We now have to wait until 2020 to go. Now don't get me wrong I'm super grateful that this is her wedding gift to us but I'm just annoyed that she forgot and I'm also annoyed with my inconsiderate cousin that decides a four months before her wedding to say hey btw we want to go after all. Now our plans are all messed up. We planned to start trying for a baby in early 2020 and I don't want to travel that far if I end up pregnant right away. My fiance can't go until at least March 2020 because his busy season at work is right after the new year. Idk I'm just annoyed I don't think I'll end up going on my dream honey moon after all. I've never been much of a girl that dreams about my wedding so this process has been so stressful and I was looking forward to the Hawaii more. Plus my fiance have never spent more than four days travelling alone so I was looking forward to this 10 day adventure...does anyone have any suggestions for a short honey moon destination?? Money isn't an issue we could have up to ten days travel time. My fiance was thinking Vegas since I've never been but it's hot in august and that doesn't sound like a good time. Sorry for the novel ladies!
